Alloa Care Home Chef Receives Award for Outstanding Service
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Lorraine Ashbridge of Marchglen Care Home in Fishcross, Alloa, on receiving an award for her outstanding service; understands that she won the Chef of the Year award at an event sponsored by the food and distribution company, Brake Bros Ltd; acknowledges that she was recognised for being an extremely passionate chef and a leader in her field, and for demonstrating culinary craftsmanship and attention to detail and technical prowess in delivering and producing high-quality food and drinks; understands that the award was presented by the producer and entertainer, Brendan Cole, at a gala ceremony on 14 June 2019 at the Heythrop Park Resort, Oxfordshire, and commends Lorraine for her dedication to her work and to Marchglen’s residents.
