Kirkwall Nationwide Branch Wins Community Branch of the Year

That the Parliament congratulates Kirkwall Nationwide Branch in Orkney on being named joint winners of the Community Branch of the Year at the Nationwide Annual Awards 2019; understands that the branch was recognised for the efforts of the local team to reach out and support initiatives within the community; notes that the branch has raised funds for a number of good causes, including a longstanding commitment to Orkney Drugs Dog, which was supported through the Nationwide employee funding programme; thanks all of the staff at the Kirkwall branch for going above and beyond in their support of local causes, and wishes them well in their future fundraising initiatives.
