International Women in Engineering Day
The motion
That the Parliament commends the family fun day that was held by Openreach at its training school in Livingston to celebrate International Women in Engineering Day; understands that this is the first time that the training centre has been opened to the public and included many fun activities, and believes that this was a positive step by Openreach to encourage more women and girls to consider a career in engineering.
