Retirement of Clare Russell
The motion
That the Parliament thanks Clare Russell as she retires as Lord Lieutenant of Banffshire for her championing of the historic county and for her selfless commitment to the interests of the area, ensuring that very many events were enhanced through her actions and constant liaison with the Royal family, and wishes Clare well for the future.
