TheGKexperience's Young Leaders Programme
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates TheGKexperience on its £66,000 award from Big Lottery Fund Young Start Fund to deliver a Young Leaders Programme that will provide 15- to 21-year-olds with an opportunity to develop as leaders and role models for younger children across Glasgow; notes that the young volunteers will work alongside the charity's staff in delivering activities including basketball, games nights, outdoor activities and homework clubs; acknowledges the commitment shown by the staff and volunteers, and wishes the project every success.
