West of Scotland Rotary of the Year Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Irvine’s Seagate Rotary on being named West of Scotland Rotary Club of the Year; understands that Seagate was recognised for its contribution to local and wider communities; acknowledges that there are 50 clubs in the area; notes that the club supports a number of good causes, recently organising a barbecue and a pamper session at a local salon for children of Chernobyl visiting from Ukraine, and wishes the club continued success in the future.
