Emma Hedley From Kilwinning to Study at Oxford
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Emma Hedley, who is from Kilwinning, on being accepted the University of Oxford to study for a PHD in the atomic scale characterisation of lithium ion battery materials; commends Emma on her ambition to work designing batteries for electric cars, and wishes her every success.
