Thurso Grows

That the Parliament congratulates Thurso Grows on a series of cooking workshops which are to be held in July, August and September 2019; notes that the project is run by Thurso Community Development Trust and funded by the Scottish Government’s Climate Challenge Fund; further notes that the workshops include Cooking on a Budget, Cooking with Seasonal Food and Making the Most of Leftovers; acknowledges that the project seeks to educate on the actions, however small, which can be taken to mitigate against climate change, and wishes the staff, volunteers and all participants every success.
