Freya’s Donation to the Little Princess Trust
The motion
That the Parliament commends Freya Farnaz Haseen, a pupil of Holy Family Primary School in Lenzie, for donating 12 inches of her hair to the Little Princess Trust; notes that seven-year-old Freya’s donation will be used to make real-hair wigs for children and young people who have lost their hair through treatment for cancer or other health conditions; applauds Freya for also raising over £500 for the charity, and understands that, alongside receiving hair donations and providing free wigs to children and young people, the Little Princess Trust also funds research into improving treatments for childhood cancers.
