East Sutherland Rescue Association
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates East Sutherland Rescue Association on achieving its certificate of compliance from the Marine Coastguard Agency (MCA); recognises the strict standards required to be met; notes that the Dornoch-based association is one of a small minority of independent lifeboats to meet the MCA’s standards, and wishes the crew well for the future.
