Smoking in West Lothian
The motion
That the Parliament notes what it considers the alarming statistics regarding smoking in West Lothian; understands that, according to the latest figures, 18.3% of adults in the county smoke, which is more than 3% higher than the previous year and is higher than the Scottish average of 16.3%, and believes that more must be done to reduce the number of smokers in West Lothian and Scotland as a whole.
