Gourock Golf Day Raises Over £20,000 for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity
The motion
That the Parliament acknowledges Robert Clark and his friends for completing 99 holes on six different golf courses, finishing at Gourock Golf Club, in just 18 hours to raise almost £22,000 for the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity through Euan’s Cause; recognises that Robert and his wife, Nicola, set up Euan’s Cause as a tribute to their son, Euan, who died seven years ago, aged 18-months, waiting for a heart transplant; understands that Robert and Nicola have now raised over £70,000 in Euan’s name; commends Robert and Nicola for vowing to never stop raising money for Euan’s Cause and helping make a difference through their support of Glasgow Children’s Hospital, and thanks them for their amazing fundraising efforts.
