St Ninian's Pupils Raise Money for Kilbryde Hospice

That the Parliament commends the pupils of St Ninian’s Primary School in Hamilton on raising £557.34 for the Kilbryde Hospice in East Kilbride; believes this to be a heartfelt gesture by the young people in remembrance of their Head Teacher, Ms Margaret Anne Kennedy, who died at the hospice in April 2019 following a short illness; acknowledges that Margaret Anne had served as the Head for 14 years and had spent most of her teaching career in South Lanarkshire; sends its condolences to her family and friends and the staff, pupils and wider community of St Ninian’s following their loss, and expresses its gratitude to the staff at hospice on the care and support that they continually offer to patients and their families during difficult times.
