Rachel Thom Musical Success
The motion
That the Parliament commends the recent success of the West Lothian musician, Rachel Thom; understands that she is the first female to lift the Under 18 World Solo Pipe Band Drummer prize, and believes that this is an excellent achievement for a young person from West Lothian.
