Robert Main and Jim Cooper Awarded the Kasper Castner Medal
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Robert Main and Jim Cooper, who are from Kirkcaldy, on being awarded the Kasper Castner medal; notes that the award is a new honour given by Kirkcaldy's twin town of Ingolstadt; understands that the medals were awarded at the Old Town House in Ingolstadt for the pair's contribution to the twinning link, and hopes that Robert and Jim, and others like them, continue to uphold this international partnership for decades to come.
