Ramsay Snedden from Clackmannanshire Raises £2,000 for Strathcarron Hospice
The motion
That the Parliament commends Ramsay Snedden, who is from Clackmannanshire, for raising £2,000 for Strathcarron Hospice; understands that he held a tea party and evening karaoke event at his grandparents’ home in Sauchie in July 2019, despite some atrocious weather, in memory of his late mother, Leona, who passed away in 2010 as a result of a brain tumour; notes that the funds have been donated to the hospice, which works to provide specialist palliative care to residents across Clackmannanshire and the Forth Valley, and commends Ramsay, his grandparents and all who attended and donated for their enormously magnanimous work.
