Jimmy Sinclair, Oldest Man in Scotland
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Jimmy Sinclair, the oldest man in Scotland, on celebrating his 107th birthday; understands that Jimmy, from Kirkcaldy, is now the UK's oldest surviving veteran, who served as a "Desert Rat" in the 7th Armoured Division and was highly decorated for his contribution to the war effort, and wishes Jimmy a very happy birthday surrounded by friends and family.
