Glenboig School Pupils Collect for Coatbridge Foodbank
The motion
That the Parliament acknowledges the reported increase in demand for emergency food packages in Scotland over the summer period; understands that the local schools, Glenboig and Our Lady and St. Joseph’s primaries, have been collecting hundreds of items to make a donation to the Coatbridge Community Foodbank; commends the work of the school children, and hopes that these contributions will allow the foodbank to continue to assist those in need.
