Silver Acorn Award for Terry O'Neill
The motion
That the Parliament notes the recent award of a UK Scouting Silver Acorn for 20 years of service to Terry O'Neill, the District Commissioner for Rosyth Scouts; recognises the countless hours, dedication and hard work involved in such a role over a considerable period of time; believes that holding a position of leadership in the Scouts is a demanding but rewarding experience and one that helps to shape and nurture young people, and wishes Terry continued success in the future.
