Mick Cash Re-elected as RMT General Secretary

That the Parliament congratulates Mick Cash on his re-election as the General Secretary of the RMT; considers that he has led the union to considerable success in many crucial industrial disputes and championed the rights of workers in Scotland and beyond; understands that the RMT represents workers across the UK in almost every sector of the transport industry, including railways, shipping, offshore, buses and road freight, and wishes the RMT and Mick Cash every future success in their mission to stand up for their members in what it considers an increasingly hostile environment for trade unions.
