Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival
The motion
That the Parliament commends Greener Kirkcaldy on organising the Kirkcaldy Cycling Festival; understands that the festival is open to everyone from experienced cyclists to children learning to cycle or anyone wishing to dust off their old bike; notes that it is being organised by Greener Kirkcaldy for the first time and will offer a week-long programme of events for all ages; hopes that the festival will encourage more people to get on their bike, and wishes everyone involved every success.
