Golden Oak Restorations
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Greenock-based furniture manufacturer, Golden Oak Restorations, on receiving a £20,000 boost from the finance firm, Transmit Start-Ups; understands that the business, which creates bespoke pieces from unwanted whisky barrels, will use this to help take on two more members of staff and purchase tools; believes that this will help the business grow, and wishes its founder, Rory MacDonald, and his team, well for the future.
