Lisa Towers
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates West Lothian-based Lisa Towers who has been announced as a finalist in the Food Entrepreneur of the Year category of the Scottish Women’s Awards 2019; acknowledges that the awards are now in their third year and recognise and celebrate Scottish female talent; understands that Lisa launched her business, Little Lunches, in 2018 with the key aim of her business being to improve health outcomes for children through creative, healthy and fun nursery meals supplied across Edinburgh and the Lothians; notes that Lisa has provided meals for 263 nursery children in five nurseries in the Lothians and is on the verge of adding more nurseries from West Lothian to her customer base, and wishes Lisa every success for the future.
