Alison McIntyre and Kids for Clothes
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Alison McIntyre, who is from West Lothian, on volunteering to help provide clothing to disadvantaged children in Edinburgh and across the Lothians; understands that Alison works for the charity, Kids for Clothes, which provides a wardrobe of clean, ironed and seasonally-appropriate second-hand clothing to the parents of babies and children aged up to 10; recognises that she plays a vital role in ensuring that the clothes that are received are beautifully presented; notes that the charity has helped more than 7,000 children, and applauds Alison and her team on their efforts.
