West Lothian Council, Tackling Fuel Poverty

That the Parliament commends the efforts of West Lothian Council to tackle fuel poverty; understands that, as part of this work, council properties in the local authority area that have no mains gas supply are being upgraded with air source heat pumps, central heating systems and solar panels, and believes that this is an excellent initiative that will reduce poverty and provide help for tenants on low incomes.
