Citizens’ Assembly of Scotland

As an amendment to motion S5M-18778 in the name of Michael Russell (Citizens’ Assembly of Scotland), insert at end "; believes that deliberative democracy has the potential to address other challenges facing the country, and agrees that the Climate Change (Emission Reduction Targets) Bill should be used to mandate a citizens’ assembly on the climate emergency to take place during the current session of Parliament."
