Success for Dundee Singer, Finlay McKillop
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Dundee-based busker, Finlay McKillop, on the release of his first single; understands that Finlay, who is a second-year music student, was encouraged by feedback on his operatic-inspired busking to record the four-track single; notes that he plans to use the proceeds to fund his studies in music theatre at the Emil Dale Academy in London, and wishes him success with his studies.
