New Schools Announced for East Lothian
The motion
That the Parliament notes the announcement of the rebuilding and refurbishing of 26 schools through the Learning Estate Investment programme; understands that more than 50,000 pupils will benefit from this strategy; notes that the plan includes the new Wallyford High and Whitecraig Primary schools in East Lothian; believes that this represents huge progress in improving education quality across Scotland, and wishes the children and young people who will benefit from these schools every success in their learning.
