Scottish Franchise Week 2019
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes Scottish Franchise Week 2019, which ran from 9 to 13 September; congratulates the British Franchise Association, which hosted a range of events in Glasgow that allowed franchisees and franchisors an opportunity to collaborate and share their experiences; recognises what it sees as the significance of franchising to the economy, including the thousands of people that the sector employs and its potential for growth, and believes that there is a need for economic policy take cognisance of the important role of franchising.
