As an amendment to motion S5M-18902 in the name of Miles Briggs (Mismanagement of NHS Construction Projects), insert at end “; acknowledges the serious consequences that flawed construction can have for patient safety; recognises the impact that delays and uncertainty also have on patients and their families, and demands a fully independent public inquiry into the failings at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital and Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.”
