Mismanagement of NHS Construction Projects

As an amendment to motion S5M-18902 in the name of Miles Briggs (Mismanagement of NHS Construction Projects), insert at end "; calls on the Scottish Government to ensure that all staff and patients impacted by faults and delays in NHS construction projects receive all the support that they need, and notes that the non-profit distributing model used to finance these projects has failed to prevent the unfair gains for the private sector at the public sector’s expense that were associated with the PFI contracts they replaced."
