West Lothian Singer, Megan Black
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Megan Black, who is a teenager from West Lothian, on her success on being nominated for the prestigious BBC Radio Scotland Singer/Songwriter Award; understands that Megan's music is influenced by her life experiences and political thought and that she chose her own song, Fur Coat Queen, which won a spot in the final 10, as her completion entry, and applauds Megan on this exceptional achievement.
