Home-Start Wigtownshire Receives £99,000 Funding Boost
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes that Home-Start Wigtownshire has received £99,106 from the National Lottery Community Fund; notes that this will be used to support services across the region in Newton Stewart, Stranraer and Sorbie; welcomes that the money will be used to further enhance the knowledge of parents with pre-nursery children; believes that further activities being offered, including storytelling, gardening and guest speakers, will further enhance the services; congratulates all those involved on securing this funding, and wishes Home-Start Wigtownshire all the best in the future.
