Free Wheel North
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Free Wheel North, which is in Glasgow, on receiving a £53,000 grant from the National Lottery Community Fund Scotland to fund its woodworking therapy project for people experiencing loneliness and isolation; notes that this provides opportunities for people to develop or improve their woodworking skills and to work towards positive destinations such as volunteering, further education and employment; believes that, over the next two years, the project's 30 volunteers will work with over 100 people, and sends its best wishes to all involved with this.
