Moray Citizens Advice Bureau Celebrates 40th Anniversary

That the Parliament commends the Moray Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) on its 40th anniversary; notes the hard work of all of its staff and volunteers for the last four decades; further notes that it was first set up in 1979 and has been located at Forres and Elgin at different times; understands that Moray CAB's outreach service extends to all parts of the county, providing vital support and advice to rural communities, and wishes its users and volunteers the very best for this Ruby celebration.
