Blackburn, Health Issues in the Community Course

That the Parliament congratulates the women from Blackburn who completed the Health Issues in the Community course delivered in conjunction with West Lothian Council adult learning team and Community Action Blackburn, and understands that the course encourages students to look at their own village or town and identify issues that impact on the health and wellbeing of local people and think about how these issues can be addressed by bringing people together to plan and deliver positive action that benefit local people.
