That the Parliament congratulates Classy Nails in Bathgate on winning the Best Online Retailer Award at the Scottish Hair, Beauty and Barbering Awards; understands that the business supplies unique nail and polish accessories locally and throughout Europe, and wishes Classy Nails the best of luck for the future.
