Jacine Wins Award for Rum Distillery
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Jacine Rutasikwa on winning the start-up of the year category at the Women’s Enterprise Scotland Awards for her rum distillery, Matugga Distillers, which she launched with her husband, Paul, in 2018; notes that it is one of only five dedicated rum distilleries in Scotland, and wishes Jacine, Paul and the business all the very best.
