As an amendment to motion S5M-19287 in the name of Ivan McKee (Supporting Innovation), insert at end "; notes that Scotland’s R&D expenditure per head remains well below UK levels, and calls on the Scottish Government to work with the UK Government under the UK Industrial Strategy to increase levels of innovation in Scotland’s economy."
