Inspirational Danielle Wins Princes Trust Honour
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Dr Danielle Farrell, who is from Irvine, being presented with a top award by the Prince's Trust for achieving success against all odds; notes that Danielle won the Royal Bank of Scotland Enterprise title in recognition of her overcoming setbacks, improving her chances in life and having a positive impact on her community; understands that she started her company, You Options Understood (YOU) after struggling to gain employment following her graduation; acknowledges that YOU provides self-directed support and advocacy services for people with physical or mental disability, and their parents and carers; admires Danielle for her hard work and dedication, and wishes her continued success.
