Dundee Hope Festival
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the inaugural Hope Festival held in Dundee on 19 October 2019; understands that the festival is designed to tackle stigma surrounding addiction and enable participants to talk about their issues with drug and alcohol abuse; notes that people who attended the event were offered training on how to administer the anti-overdose drug, Naloxone, and congratulates all involved on a successful event.
