University of Dundee Forensic Breakthrough
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the work of Rawad Qaq, who is a PhD candidate in forensic dentistry at the University of Dundee; understands that Rawad has developed a free-to-use sex calculator, which enables forensic scientists to use skulls to predict the gender of victims of war; notes that his own experiences as a Syrian refugee have driven him to assist in identifying the victims of war in countries around the world, and congratulates him on this breakthrough.
