Dundee V&A Exhibition, Hello, Robot
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the installation of a model R2-D2 from the 1977 film, Star Wars, at the Dundee V&A as part of the upcoming exhibition, Hello, Robot; understands that the model was donated by the series creator, George Lucas, and is on loan from the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles; notes that the exhibition debuted at the Vitra Design Museum, and that the Dundee V&A is the only place in the UK where the model will be on display, and looks forward to welcoming Star Wars fans from November 2019.
