As an amendment to motion S5M-19809 in the name of Ben Macpherson (Protecting the Rights of EU Citizens in Scotland), insert at end ", but believes that the best and only guaranteed way to prevent a repeat of the Windrush scandal for EU citizens is to stop Brexit."
