Alan Burrows Wins SPFL CEO of the Year
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Alan Burrows, CEO of Motherwell FC, on winning the SPFL CEO of the Year Award at the Football Business Awards; understands that Alan received this award in recognition of his exceptional work with Motherwell during the 2018-19 season; acknowledges that recent achievements include major pitch and stadium upgrades at Fir Park, securing millions of pounds in player sales, introducing online match ticketing and an improved club website; notes that Alan is now in contention for the overall CEO of the Year Award, and wishes him, and Motherwell FC, the very best for the future.
