The Ashwood Scotland Foundation

That the Parliament applauds the Ashwood Scotland Foundation on the success of its annual charity ball, which was held at the Hilcroft Hotel in Whitburn and raised £7,600; understands that the Foundation, which was set up nearly 15 years ago by the Bathgate-based construction business, Ashwood Scotland, has now raised in excess of £130,000 for charities; notes that the good causes to benefit from this in 2019 include the Friends of Chernobyl Children and the Mulanje Project in Malawi; wishes the Foundation continued success with its fundraising, and commends everyone who helps make this possible.
