Hamilton Advertiser Annual Christmas Toy Appeal

That the Parliament congratulates the Hamilton Advertiser’s annual Christmas toy appeal; thanks all the local readers, organisations, churches and businesses across South Lanarkshire who took part in the fundraising drive to ensure that no-one is left out at Christmas; commends the Christmas spirit of the toy appeal co-ordinator, Leona Greenan, and the appeal bases, Salvation Army Hamilton, Happy Feet Nursery in Larkhall, Starbucks, the Rocca Restaurant and Hays Travel, which are all based in Hamilton, and notes that everyone from babies to young adults will receive gifts this Christmas.
