Frank Clement Receives BEM
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Frank Clement on his award of the British Empire Medal (BEM) in recognition of his continuing commitment to the success of the Linlithgow Athletics Club; understands that Frank has been involved with the club since it was founded in 1979; recognises that this latest achievement joins his long list of others, including appearances in both the 1976 Olympics and the 1978 Commonwealth Games, and wishes him all the best.
