Lodged by Neil Findlay Standard Motion 0 supporters

The motion

That the Parliament notes the publication of the Jubilee Scotland report, Rethinking Private Financing of Scottish Public Projects; is concerned at its findings that public private partnerships in all of their forms have left Scotland's public sector with high levels of debt, poor service provision, lack of accountability and unsafe buildings; believes that this is an unacceptable situation; urges all concerned to rethink how the country finances its public projects, and encourages Members to attend the event at 6.00 pm in Committee Room 6 on 29 January 2020, at which Jubilee Scotland will present its findings.
