National Lottery Funding for Polbeth Community Hub
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Polbeth Community Hub on receiving £80,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the group will use the funding to expand its community meals project, ensuring that the local community will have access to hot meals, either at community meals or by providing ingredients or prepared meals from a community fridge; welcomes the increase in activities at the hub, with an antipoverty worker providing support to local people facing challenging times, and wishes everyone involved future success with the venture.
